Please code the following conditional text for users who already have Sync on the post-tour landing page, replacing the "Get Started with Sync" CTA button

It looks like you're already using Sync

Let's go ahead and code these conditional strings so that we can get them localized.

There is some chance that they will be deleted from the page before launch.
