On a Nexus 4, with HSPA in Taipei with the Here Maps application, Geolocation initially says it cannot find my location. After 15 seconds, it starts to resolve my location, but finds a very large radius. After 2 minutes, my gelocation is still not resolved to any meaningful area. On my iPhone, my location with just WiFi and no cell service finds my location instantly. I have a video, but my bandwidth is limited as I file this. Will upload video later.
