As a user I want to be able to opt out of form autofill on Firefox so that none of my personal information will be saved.

Acceptance Criteria: 

- I can opt out of form autofill by selecting the “don’t ask again” option in the advanced options in the door hanger presented to me by Firefox
- I can disable form autofill by selecting the “disable” option in my browser preferences

There are two ways to opt out of form autofill:

1. In Preference, users can disable form autofill

2. When users subscribe a form, an “always remember my decision” checkbox will be listed in the door hanger. If users check the box and click on “don’t save” button, the door hanger will not show up again.
