When playing a video in landscape mode while in the gallery, the phone freezes. This does not happen in the video app and the user has to remove the battery in order to use the phone again.

Please note that smoketest was run on the engineering build.

Repro Steps:
1) Update an Open_C to BuildID: 20140331120333
2) Have a video recorded and open the gallery app
3) Rotate the phone to landscape orientation
4) Play a video

Actual:
Phone freezes instead of playing the video

Expected:
The video plays while in landscape orientation

Issue was not caught on the previous run because it requires the video to be played more than once. 

Tested on Friday's build and was able to reproduce it on Open_C v1.3

I'm pretty sure this is a vendor bug. I did reproduce this on the base image build.

Hi Jason 

I just use ZTE's official flash tool to flash their newest build to verify, and the video works fine in Gallery with landscape mode. Could you help to arrange resource to test again with the official ZTE Open C build?

I was able to reproduce this issue on an Open C device that was freshly flashed to the latest ZTE base image (P821A10-ENG_20140410).

After rotating the device to landscape mode and then playing a video in the gallery, the device became unresponsive.
