By Mozilla 0.9.1 and 0.9.2, files and directories on FTP server are shown correctly. By 0.9.3, nothing is shown(blank page). By 0.9.3+, a 'Can't open data connection.' dialog is shown. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Set the URL. 2.Click 'go' or hit Enter key. 3. Actual Results: A 'Can't open data connection.' dialog is shown. Expected Results: Files and directories on the FTP server are shown correctly.

this really is not a dup of 92582, but rather a dup of 99233.
I think fgth and alex were right on this. 99233 has to do with RETR split across packets. This appears to be working now with the double PASV fix. verified dup.
