Details

Device: Nexus 4 STR: 1. In HomeScreen, turn down the ringer volume by pressing volume key till the volume is zero (the disable speaker icon appears in status bar). 2. Launch Music app and set the music volume is 4 level and press home key to back to HomeScreen 3. In HomeScreen, although the ringer volume level is 0, I press volume down key to set again 4. Launch Music app and play Failure result: The Music volume level is 0. Expect result: The Music volume level is 4.
