I've created Release Notes, for coordinating the release. https://github.com/mozilla/apk-factory-service/blob/release-2014-04-02/RELEASE_NOTES.md Stage is 502, please follow those release notes to get stage to a happy place. Let me know if I've missed anything or you'd like to use another format.
