Fennec (Android) beta releases are only generated for beta 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Display a warning to the release manager in case he wants to build an unusual beta release

But does not block this feature, rel man can do in case of important bug in the beta releases.

If you think there is a better place to do the check, please let me know and I will update the patch.

This is in production, but I just realized that we need the "help" class attached to the new docs' div. I did that in http://git.mozilla.org/?p=build/release-kickoff.git;a=commit;h=a8ff3a5ade292e5827ca00fbd00ccb50319ec8b4
