99440 - Tab not effective in save passwords dialog box

I tabbed to the Don't Save passwords option in the dialog box, hit enter, and my
password was promptly saved. On Windows the expected behavior would be for the
enter to register on the button with the focus, not always the default button,
and tab is the accepted way to move between buttons on a dialog box.

This is a dupe. Reporter - look at the dependencies for bug 83552 and mark this
a dupe of the one that best matches the observed behaviour.

This most closely is a dupe of 71196, which in turn has been marked a dupe of 
63728. Marking this a dupe of 63728.
