* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.3T build (Taroko device).
  If you make a phone call when the memory usage is high, you cannot hang up it immediately.
  Attach the demo video. (WP_20140410_002.mp4)
  

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch many apps
  2. Tap dialer app
  3. Make a phone call (ex: 0287861100 -> Mozilla Taipei office)
  4. Dial a extension number
  5. Hang up the phone

* Expected result:
  The device hangs up the phone immediately

* Actual result:
  The device hangs there and cannot hang up the phone immediately

There's about a 5 second delay in the video.

What's interesting is that before picking up the phone for the extension, the call was disconnected.  I am not sure if that makes a difference.

William, can you provide a logcat -b radio?

I ran the two scenarios while I were recording the logs.
Scenario 1: Make a phone call and hang up it
Scenario 2: Make a phone call then input some number via keypad
            After that, hang up the phone.

* Result:
 - Scenario 1: Device can hang up phone immediately
 - Scenario 2: Cannot hang up phone immediately
