[FxAccounts] When logging in from Settings, this info is not being reflected in the Settings view until restart

STR:
- Log out from FxAccount from the settings -> Firefox accounts
- Enter FxAccount registered email address and password
- Reach 'successfully logged in' message window
- Exit settings, and re-enter
Expected:
- Firefox accounts menu should show the account name that is currently logged in
Actual:
- It shows the create new account or log in button. When enters the same account information, error message shows up saying "you are already logged in"
Workaround:
- Resetting the device solves the problem

Let's default bugs to blocking 974121 (non-blockers) or 987416 (blockers) until Ian redoes the triage system.

I find this baffling. I've tested this specific flow many times in the past, to verify that gecko was firing the onlogout / onlogin callbacks properly.
Would you mind retesting this flow against today's pvtbuild? Maybe it was a transient error?
If you can repro reliably, I'll jump on it.
