Steps to reproduce:

1. Host a site with a self-signed cert
2. Try to install the hosted app of that site with Firefox Aurora on OSX
3. See an error alert about the site using a self-signed cert
4. The app is completely unoperable


Actual results:

The app is completely unoperable, just a blank screen


Expected results:

I should be able to confirm a security exception in the same way that I can with the Firefox browser

see also bug 769842, in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=769842#c4 we decided not to allow this for now.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in it.
