In bug 970935 we are making the Rocketbar display over the homescreen in the expanded state. This has the side effect of displaying the rocketbar on top of icons on pages other than the first page. We will need to fix this in order to ship rocketbar.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
