Both the search results and the detail view needs to display content ratings for the app. The search results only need the rating itself, like "17+" or "everyone", the detail page needs a little more, displaying descriptors as well.
Basically steal fireplace's hearth/media/js/content-ratings.js, remove anything that's not for the generic body, add translations to our locales.ini, and display.
