  0. Set memory to 256MB on fastboot
     > fastboot oem mem 256
  1. Reboot device
  2. Look memory info
     > adb shell b2g-info

[Expected Result]
  Should similar with 256MB devices
---------------------------------------------
[Actual Result]
  Free memory is less than 5MB
  Total memory has only 150 MB

Hi Francis & Mike,

For Qualcomm platform device, modem will always use around 100MB RAM, so that when set memory to 256MB, the total memory we can use have only left to around 150MB, it's platform limitation.

As my observation, Non-B2G process used almost 60MB and free memory left only less than 5MB
This is not normally, I think this might have something wrong.
As current situation while adjusting mem to 256, I even cannot launch more than 2~3 apps
