This page has a slow script or something that's causing us to be hung for a while in the Gecko thread, unable to repaint.

OK, nm, I was doing the wrong thing. Scrolling that post sideways, it looks like we have some weird layerization going on or something. And for some reason it takes a really long time to paint it.

There are a few similar bugs on file, this is probably caused by tiling. Bug 993554 is probably the closest dupe; bug 995694 is also likely the same issue.
