when starting up i get the warning about an illegal character in line 789 of the
startup script. this is annoying, because i always have to click ok before
Mozilla starts up.
I got this bug in all Mozilla-version up from 0.9.1, when i started using
Mozilla. I get this bug when i use netscape 6 or netscape 6.1 too.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.simply start Mozilla or netscape 6

Actual Results:  i get the warning about an illegal character in line 789 of the
startup  
script

Expected Results:  mozilla simply starting up

Reporter, does this happen using a freshly-created Mozilla user profile?

looks similar to bug 100039, but for mac.

Killed my user profile, created a new one, and the bug was gone!
So i dont know if this was a bug or just a damaged user preference.

Verified. Creating a new profile fixes this problem.
