Preloaded .json file of API response for homepage 1) grunt task to fetch homepage featured API response 2) include it in a folder -> hearth/db/homepage.json 3) reference it in package/files.txt to be in the packaged .zip (`make package` should call grunt task) 4) add logic to use the local /db/homepage.json file instead of the remote API URL (when we are online always opt for online API URL - to check for online: https://github.com/mozilla/darjeeling/blob/master/src/lite/media/js/utils.js#L2-L16 )
