Description:
Status bar is hidden from lockscreen view if a full screen app is running.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID:
2) Open the Gallery app
3) Tap the power button to sleep the phone
4) Tap the power button again

Actual:
The status bar is not displayed

Expected:
The status bar is displayed

Beatriz - Could an issue like this end of being a cert blocker? I recall there being push back historically in releases around certain SIM information not showing up on the lockscreen being a problem in certification, so I'd like to double check.

A bit sad that the display:none got in in the first place (probably causing bug 996692).
