The message and strings added in bug 1735841 was already removed with bug 1775758. The added behavior for "learn more" toggle from bug 1735841 isn't used by anything else as we aren't using "legacy spotlight" currently, but that shouldn't get cleaned up here as we're generally removing all of that with bug 1768730.

The added behavior for "learn more" toggle from bug 1735841 isn't used by anything else as we aren't using "legacy spotlight" currently, but that shouldn't get cleaned up here as we're generally removing all of that with bug 1768730.
