I did some investigation yesterday and have a potential fix for one of the issues. This was regressed by adding the secondary action buttons. Bug 1918437 - Switch to tab visits URL instead of switching to tab Bug 1918446 - Switch to tab button disappeared I made two bugs for this with videos and steps to reproduce. Closing this bug out as a duplicate of the two bugs above.
