What you use @tabs and search for an open tab after typing the full keywords with more then 4 chars Fx Suggest provides a drop down.
That result or drop down when clicked opens up a new tab instead of directing you to the previous open one.
Its also doesn't show the "Switch to Tab" Button that sometimes display if less then 3 chars.

I did some investigation yesterday and have a potential fix for one of the issues.
This was regressed by adding the secondary action buttons.

Bug 1918437 - Switch to tab visits URL instead of switching to tab
Bug 1918446 - Switch to tab button disappeared

I made two bugs for this with videos and steps to reproduce.
Closing this bug out as a duplicate of the two bugs above.

Also I've added the two bugs to the Scotch Bonnet Buglist.
