I believe the user can close the window to cancel the call. So I don't think this is needed for the first release of FxA & contacts/direct callling.

'Cancel' button works fine. Verified fixed FF 35.0a1 (2014-10-13) Win 7, Ubuntu 13.04, OS X 10.9.5
