For preliminary reviews, the Review Process page says: > We aim to complete these reviews in under 3 days. For full reviews, it says: > We aim to perform full reviews in under 10 days, though most add-ons > are reviewed in much less time. The update tag at the end of the page says: > Last updated: January 13, 2011 Going through Jorge's Add-on Update blog posts that have appeared on Planet Mozilla (I kept going back until Q3 last year when the wait times started really blowing up) suggests that these three-year-old estimates aren't current enough to be useful today.
Also, the distinction between updates (which seem to have shorter time-to-review) and newly introduced add-ons (I guess?) should be mentioned.

The doc, now on MDN (https://developer.mozilla.org/Add-ons/AMO/Policy/Reviews), has been updated. It no longer gives fixed estimates, but explains how they can vary and also provides a link to more useful queue status reports.
