Steps to reproduce
--------------------------------------------------------------------
0. Enable "call waiting"
1. Make a MO call and establish a call connection
2. During phone call, make a MT call to test device
3. Wait until the MT call incoming screen appears
   --> No ringtone appears. It's hard for user to notice there is another call comes.

From attachment 8411715 [details], I record pcm data in AudioFlinger and the pcm data is too small. But it do has pcm data. Please SPRD have a check for 2 things.

1. check gain table
2. make sure audio driver is ok because AudioFlinger really has pcm data.

Checked with our dsp owner, there is voice but it's too small, please turn up the sound in gecko or gaia.

After discuss to Tony, SPRD needs to check 2 things

1. make sure audio driver which send right data to DSP
2. does DSP choose right mixer setting.

Either of them need SPRD's check
