We have this page now, and we want to use the same methodology for the Tarako packaged app.

They're going to tweak the design in bug 1001775, but it shouldn't be terribly different.

There's also a related bug 756364 about detecting online/offline -- but I assume we have a way of doing it now that doesn't involve constant polling, but rather checking at defined actions (like app load).

Design is going to give us a PNG (so we won't need to worry about grabbing icons) consisting of icons from curated (Tarako-ready) apps. See bug 1001775.
