In the interest of keeping ppl updated: Erica, Lainie, and Sydney are meeting on Wednesday 5/7 to generate a list of sources to pitch to.

We met, started breaking it out by press lists and reporters here: https://mofocomms.etherpad.mozilla.org/MakerPartyPressPlan

Matt and Brett --- we need help knowing the right Canadian reporters, and any other reporters we should reach out to for this training portion of the outreach. As we build out the rest, we'll check in again. 

We also still need to build out for non-guardian European press. I'll ask MoCo comms tomorrow.

I'm not necessarily the person to ask about Canadian press - I wonder if Kathryn Meisner could be more helpful here? Or Amira?

I would say though that Matt and I have developed a pretty good list of friendlies from the Popcorn Maker launch and other press pushes of yore.  Not sure if those people are still at those respective organizations, but I would certainly be available for a quick mind/rolodex dump of everyone who has covered us in the past.
