Description:
When having any notification in the "Notifications" menu that also has a timestamp with it, that notification will overlap with it's timestamp.

This can be done by taking a screenshot, downloading a file, etc.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140514000204 and change the language to Arabic.
2) From the homescreen, press the Home button and Power button simultaneously to take a screenshot.
3) Pull down the "Notifications" menu. 
4) Observe that the notification overlaps with it's timestamp.

Actual:
The notification overlaps with it's timestamp.

Expected:
The notification does not overlap with it's timestamp.
