When I make multiple calls now that bug 1011214 is fixed; I get a partial frame decode, some macroblocks of garbage, then green for the rest of the frame and then it appears to stop.  Haven't investigated the logs yet.

Repeatable in the one test I did (multiple calls)

Paul, can you try to verify?
This might be due to my testing reconfiguration of the encoder on the fly.  Another test without that patch had a good second call, though it crashed partway through.  More debugging will be needed
Side-effect of my test to switch resolutions conflicting with the hack to force an SPS with VUI set (which has the resolution encoded in the SPS I force in).
