It's meta bug and want to collect the webRTC jobs related mobile devices. Especially for enabling the H.264 HW codec.

Per the Wednesday (April 30th) meeting with CJ, Ivan, Randell, Romain, Shell & me * Add Bug 1003749 - Can't make second call [doesn't block initial testing, but we want to fix this quickly] -- CJ added this dependency already (Thanks, CJ!) * We should remove Bug 995884 (get H.264 added to webrtc.org code) and Bug 997110 (Improve enqueue/dequeue buffer logic in WebrtcOMXH264VideoCodec) because they are nice-to-have and not needed to ship - backlog H264 bugs * Remaining dependencies should stay: 989944, 989945, 997567 (ability to change frame rate in encoder)

We've addressed every issue in gecko and FxOS we can, and one part of one bug remains. The remaining issue in Bug 989945 needs to be resolved with a fix to the DSP firmware. Shell -- What's the best way to reflect this status for tracking? This bug came up as needing action because it has an S2 target milestone (which just passed). I believe we need to either update the target milestone of this bug to match Bug 989945's new target (of when the DSP firmware delivery is expected) or track Bug 989945 separately from this bug since it has become a tracking bug for the vendor firmware delivery.
Flags: needinfo?(sescalante)
Change the target milestone to mozilla32 because its dependencies have this target milestone.
Target Milestone: 2.0 S2 (23may) → mozilla32
removed the feature 2.0 tag as this is a feature that will continue to see improvement, but for 2.0 we are tracking only 2 remaining bugs (both tagged feature 2.0 and whiteboard ft:loop)

Attached patch Enable h.264 codec (obsolete) — Splinter Review
Not for landing in current state - likely the enable for h264 needs to be device-specific, not general
