all the bugs I'm reporting today on w98 were encountered using build 200192403.
Reporter (timeless):
It's OK for a bugzilla newbie to forget the build ID but you don't need to open
a new bug for this. 
Note: The bugzilla "new bug" entry form shows your build ID but it will not
attached to the bug.

I think you should use the bugzilla-helper if you want to file new bugs 
It asks for your build ID and you can't forget it.
