Thanks Fabrice and Jaason!
I cannot get application.zip from the following path.
- /data/system/settings.gaiamobile.org/application.zip
I find it on the other folder. Attach it.
- /system/b2g/webapps/settings.gaiamobile.org/application.zip
Is that the file you need?
If I attach the incorrect file, please feel free let me know.
Thanks.

Thanks William, that's the file I needed! The for locales included are bn-BD, en-US, hi-IN and ta. So the build and packaging looks ok. We need a regression range now.

I found this bug only happens on hi-IN(India language) and Ta(Tamil language).
English and Bengali language(bn-BD) don't have this problem.
Attach the screenshot. (Settings_Language_0527.png)
This bug was injected on following build.
* Build information: (Can be reproduced)

- BuildID 20140425164001

By the way, We added bn-BD and Ta on 4/25 (BuildID: 20140425164001).
Maybe we forgot to enable something on language preference?
Thanks!

I noticed in the build that the log doesn't have those two langauges. It could be either a build config issue or a bug in the builds system. I need to investigate this further to see which side it's on.

related to bug 997652, I think.

The 'Last Working' here is a build that does NOT contain Hindu and Tamil languages. The first broken build = the first build that contains these two languages.
Tinderbox Regression Window:
Last Working Environmental Variables:
Device: Tarako 1.3T
BuildID: 20140425021808
Gaia: 8f0886c459667df1896361e4b2f94a49fd5a01b1
Gecko: 612a5616a1b6
Version: 28.1
Firmware Version: sp6821a-gonk-4.0-5-12
First Broken Environmental Variables:
Device: Tarako 1.3T
BuildID: 20140425024808
Gaia: 8f0886c459667df1896361e4b2f94a49fd5a01b1
Gecko: 6e8c66aa685b
Version: 28.1
Firmware Version: sp6821a-gonk-4.0-5-12
Gaia is the same on both builds, which leads this to a Gecko issue.

Clearing smoketest as we don't do locale testing as part of 1.3T.

Clearing nom also as this is a build issue with locales, which is not our responsibility to test on Moz side.

Btw, that doesn't repro on a local build with just English and French locales.
I installed the OEM version and then launched email. I think it's the only app that hasn't been translated at all in any languages on the OEM version for the 5/12 build... or there is an issue of switching to the language. I don't see the cap mismatch on the New Account page.
logcat is attached.

I think we need to make a change.
From an email/attachment from Kai-Zhen:
Building Dolphin or Tarako will be failed, if gaia-l10n is missing, .
This is because l10n is enabled in device config by default.
If you got the same error, here is a reference for you.
In my local build, I run the attached script under B2G dir which will fetch/update gaia-l10n for Dolphin or Tarako.
in terms of the languages that show : "Hindi is Marketplace' first priority for Tarako, followed by Bengali (India, not Bangladesh). Then Tamil as a 3rd priority."
Actually, it looks like we don't have a 1.3 branch for bn-IN,hi-In, ta
https://git.mozilla.org/?p=releases/l10n/ta/gaia.git;a=summary
https://git.mozilla.org/?p=releases/l10n/hi-IN/gaia.git;a=summary
https://git.mozilla.org/?p=releases/l10n/bn-IN/gaia.git;a=summary
We're also showing bn-BD instead of bn-IN; that's why bn is showing... it's showing the wrong one.
Bug 1013327 shows that we are not going to use bn-IN; we need to pull SPRD's translation. see bug 1025390
I believe this may be a build issue. We need to revisit this once bug 1025390 lands.
