User Story

As a user, when I use my phone number as my ID, I want to perform the necessary account verification using SMS or similar. This will allow me to verify my account and complete my sign up without needing an active email address.

AC:
 If the user has used a Phone Number as their ID
1. After completing the sign up process in FRE or through Settings, the user will be sent an SMS to verify their account
2. Following the steps in the SMS will cause their account to be verified and allow them to use all Firefox Accounts Features
