open console is greyed out to me on scl3 vSphere web client

I started using the vc1.ops.scl3 vSphere web client recently but I just noticed the open console action is greyed out on all the vms I've tried so far. This includes vms under community, RelEng and WinForest verified that :dustin was able to open a console. I'm wondering if this is a permissions issue although :gcox did verify jwatkins is in the relops role and therefore should have privs.

Per :gcox suggestion via IRC, I reinstalled the Vmware client plugin and restarted firefox, but still wasn't able to access the console. That is when I noticed the VMware remote console plugin was block in firefox. I set all the Vmware plugins to 'Always active', restarted firefox and it worked. Sorry for the noise and thanks for the suggestions.
