We need to several VMs which will operate as openstack admin nodes (keystone, glance, etc). Per discussions with :dustin, these will all run Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (trusty) which is dependent on getting trusty mirrored to the puppetagain repo and kickstart working with trusty. glance1.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com keystone1.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com horizon1.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com neutron1.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com ironic1.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com ironic2.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com ironic3.admin.cloud.releng.scl3.mozilla.com We can start with one node per service (except for ironic). Once we determine our need for HA, we can spin up more vms for redundancy and scale. This may include running pacemaker/HA_Proxy or some other load balancing mechanism.

Just waited for DHCP fwd to be configured on the releng fw and then I can kickstart them.
