Linux trunk n branch. seen after bug 74938 got fixed.

acrobat 4.0.5

steps:
load the above url in browser (keep window full-size)
now, do a horizontal resize of the window and observe that the scrollbar 
disappears.

expected: scrollbars should still be there after a resize.

there is a known acrobat resize problem on linux, you have to reload page to
view pdf file as a plugin. Changing summary, and reassign to self.

This problem shows everytime if you view a pdf file in a frame and resize the window. The resize event does not seem to reach the Acrobat Reader plugin, it always stays at the size of the original window. Quite a crippling bug if you ask me. A good and very important example page is  http://www.parlamentsspiegel.de/cgi-bin/hyperdoc/show_dok.pl?pl=BA&part=D&pnr=13/6990&quelle=parla  [The page of the German parliament's proceedings] The bug did NOT sahow in Mozilla0.9.6, it must have appeared in 0.9.8 and is still existant in the nightlies

yup, works great now. Horizontal resize doe snot wipe out the scrollbar anymore 
and pdf resizes correctly..Verif on 0318 trunk build on redhat 7.1
