STR:
- Open enough tabs for the tab bar to become scrollable
- Look at the scrolling arrows. They're both pointing up.

Alternative STR:
- Open attached html file.
- The output is:
   ^
   v
   ^
   ^
instead of
   ^
   v
   <
   >
The latter is what a gtk2 build shows.
