There is a ton of work to do in getting Windows HiDPI support looking good, and most of that work should be happing in the deps of bug 1023511, bug 1023517, and bug 1023524.
But there's a lot to do, and we're sure to either miss some details, or decide to defer work that has lower value or technical difficulties.
So, after the bulk of the planned work is completed, we should do a UX review and breakdown of any remaining work. This can also serve as a tracking bug for "future" work not covered by other existing bugs.

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.
:Dolske, maybe it's time to close this bug?
