When did your problem start to occur? No problem until Tb 29, and problem started to occur from Tb 30?
What kind of files(file extension) did you try?
Which mail type? HTML draft mail? Plain text draft mail?
Where of composition window did you try to drop? Toolbar? From: field etc.? To: field etc.? Mail body? Existent attachment box?
At where did you start Drag operation? MS Windows Explorer? Multiple files? Single file?
What do you call by your "No entry sign"?

OK - problem has cleared in V31. No idea what caused it or how it got fixed, but it has gone away. :)
