Description: After user completes FTU an app named OperatorVariant is present in task manager card view. When opened the app consists of a white screen. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20140619040201 2) Complete FTU (with Cell Data enabled) 3) Long press home button to open card view 4) Press OperatorVariant app Actual: Operator Variant app is present in task manager after FTU. Expected: OperatorVariant app is not visible in the task manager. Pretty sure this is a regression. UX has already indicated this is a blocker. I also agree that this is a blocker too, since this is causing hidden apps to appear in the task manager.
