1031214 - Keyboard's SecondLayout feature is broken

secondLayout is a feature for using shift key to access a secondary layout needed with the main one.
Currently it's broken.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Add Arabic keyboard
- Use it on an input field
- Click on shift key
- Tap on the keys you see and notice the keyboard is still sending the first layout's keys

This is a regression, but I could not reproduce on v2.0.
Will try v2.1.

Strange, I cannot reproduce this on v2.1 either.

Could you help re-try this case with the latest master?
I suspect that you hit a patch that already got backed out.

Tried it yesterday with yesterday's build & today with today's build + the very current gaia master and it's 100% reproducible..

This should happen on both v2.0 and v2.1.

Do you know if we're going to ship Arabic locale for v2.0?
I am thinking if we need to block on this issue for v2.0.

We have no plans to support RTL locales in the 2.0 timeframe.

We have Tako requirements for Farsi and Arabic for 2.1 and they are high priority. Noting this for 2.1.
