Please provide architectural and run documentation for sccache on mana so that we know how the system is build, what dependencies it has, how critical the service is, who should be notified in case of issues, etc. Documentation should be linked from https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/IT/Releng and use either the websites template or follow the format of existing non-website documentation such as https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/IT/Buildbot

I'm concerned about the part that says credentials are baked into the ami. Is there a plan to control them with puppet+hiera? If not, we've just added another pain point in password changes, AND we don't have AMIs for the machine in scl3.

I've updated the documentation on wiki.mo. We no longer bake credentials into the AMI; all secrets are managed with puppet.
