+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1032823 +++

We need to add a product switcher to filter down the top contributor lists by locale. By default, they will work as implemented (showing top contributors across all products). If you switch to a product, then we filter the contributions to only the ones in the selected product.

We also need to have the same locale switcher on the Top Contributors list page.

This is deployed to prod. The numbers look odd though for localization. I'm going to take a look in the morning.

Oh duh. The product is inherited from the parent document. I'm not doing that right in the extraction to the index. I'll fix in the morning!

Fix has been deployed and a reindex for the wiki_revision has been kicked off. Things should be good shortly.
