1033965 - Remove unnecessary licenses for Loop libraries removed in bug 1020876

In bug 1019924 we update license.html with the licenses of various libraries that Loop was using at the time.

Bug 1020876 has merged some of our code (currently on an integration branch, should be landed to central later today), so we are no longer in need of the licenses for:

hawk-browser
sjcl

I'm assuming that it is normal that we simply remove these, I'll attach a patch in a few.
