Build ID: Current trunk builds, 10-08-2001.
Summary: Drag targets outline needs to include padding under name.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Highlight a folder in the mail/news pane. Notice the selection's area.
2. Drag a message to a folder. Notice we're not totally extending the
selection's highlight underneath the folder name.
I'll attach a screenshot.

Stephen, you mean the little defect in the screenshot or you want the drop
feedback include whole row ?
If the former then this bug is already fixed.
If the latter then it's dupe of bug 100510.
