FWIW in RTL usually this type of flow changes direction to start from right to left. I think the idea is to basically map it to the way that traditional print media flows from right to left. A few big example of this are progress bars, the direction of next/previous arrows, animations that show the progress of an ongoing action in the UI, etc.

Vivien, do you know of a developer who might take Building Block elements like this and adapt them to different use contexts, such as the Arabic language setting? Thanks for any direction you can provide.

This should be fixed now, after bug 1054442 landed.
Solved in the brute force way, as we don't have progress bar anymore :D
Could you confirm with latest gaia? I don't see any bar on my build

It should be possible to create some progress bar elements with LTR/RTL support if this is still needed.
Going to clear ni? request for Vivien as he's out for some time.
