Thunderbird 31.0b2 on Windows 8.1 64 bit

When scrolling down the folder list by either clicking at the bottom of the scrollbar until the bottom is reached, there is an area of approximately two empty lines. If I use the 'scrollbar down' arrow, there is a gap of one line. Scrolling with the mouse wheel doesn't create this gap.

Aryx, do you still see this in newer version?
And did you find any workaround?

This works now as expected on Windows 8.1 with Thunderbird 38.2.0.
