Description:
On Accuweather details page in Marketplace, a notice below the app's title states that the app "Works offline". If user downloads and launches the app, loads several pages on the app, then turns data/wifi connection off, the pages previously visited (and any new pages) give the error message "Unable to connect to server, please check your network connection". No offline functionality appears to be present in app.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140716000201
2) Launch Marketplace and go to Accuweather details page (observe notice "Works offline")
3) Download Accuweather then launch app
4) Disable data/wifi connection and try to navigate to any page on app


Actual:
"Works offline" notice is present on Accuweather details page in Marketplace, though no offline functionality appears to be present.

Expected:
Notification whether app works offline or not reflects actual app features.

In bug 1049770 we added a checkbox in technical details (for packaged apps, it's in the version edit page) letting developers change this if they want. So, whoever has access to the Accuweather app on Marketplace can uncheck that checkbox to disable the message if the app does not works offline.
