Steps to reproduce:
Open Thunderbird - Quick Filter is already selected and Filters show Icons and text.
Deselect Quick Filter and later reselect it - Filters show Icons only.
Actual results:
Deselect Quick Filter and later reselect it - Filters show Icons only.
Expected results:
Deselect Quick Filter and later reselect it - Filters should show Icons and Text.
