User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140314220517 Steps to reproduce: Install v 31.0 from 24.6. Actual results: Returned to v 24.6 after update to v 31.0 produced window that lacks the top bar that normally permits moving the window causing TB location/position to be frozen/not movable. Tried new v 31.0 load twice: Same issue repeated. So then reloaded earlier v 24.6 which works with no problems that I have encountered anyway --- the version I had before attempting update twice. Both attempts to update resulted in frozen window location. No other malfunctions occur in any app on this machine: Only TB update. Running 64 bit Win7 with 12 MB memory. Expected results: I should have been able to reposition the TB window but could not. Its posiition in the UI was frozen.
Do you see this also in safe mode using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode ?
